This Earth Day we are serving up a classic sandwich for a cause. One peanut butter & jelly sandwich can save 133 gallons of water and 24 square feet of land over a hamburger, chicken nuggets, or a tuna sandwich. In addition, each one served will save 2.5 pounds of carbon dioxide emissions, which is the same benefit as driving a hybrid car for about half a day. Sodexo chefs are also using their culinary creativity to offer tempting new twists on the classic PB&J. Try making one of these delicious creations, and help the earth at the same time.
