Sodexho, Inc. Named a Top Company for Diversity by DiversityInc®

GAITHERSBURG, Md., March 29, 2007- Sodexho (NYSE: SDX) has once again been recognized for its leadership role in creating a corporate culture that embraces and promotes diversity. The company has earned a spot on DiversityInc's Top 50 Companies for Diversity® list for the third year. Sodexho ranked number 13 on the list, and was among 317 companies that were considered.

According to DiversityInc, the Top 50 Companies for Diversity list is determined solely from a comprehensive survey of diversity management that measures CEO commitment, human capital, corporate communications, and supplier diversity. Now in its seventh year, DiversityInc's Top 50 Companies for Diversity list is the largest competition of its kind.

Sodexho continues to be lauded by leading organizations and publications for its commitment to diversity and inclusion.
