GAITHERSBURG, Md., April 30, 2007- Sodexho (NYSE:SDX), the nation's leading provider of integrated food and facilities management services, appoints Lourdes Diaz as senior director of diversity relations, Rohini Anand, senior vice president and global chief diversity officer, announced today.

In addition to relationship building with diverse community based and other non-profit organizations, Diaz will be responsible for external visibility regarding Sodexho's diversity programs and will represent the company among key audiences.
Diaz has more than 18 years experience in marketing and community affairs and has most recently held executive level positions with the National Gay Lesbian Chamber of Commerce and JP Morgan Chase. During her tenure at JP Morgan Chase, Diaz served as vice president of marketing for the supplier diversity programs. Diaz holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and labor management from Loyola University in Chicago, IL.
