Sodexho Announces New Executive in Vending Services Division

Business and Industry segment names new Division Vice President to lead growth in vending and office refreshment services

Gaithersburg, Md., July 25, 2007- Sodexho, Inc., the leading provider of integrated food and facilities management services in North America, announced today the appointment of Scott Boynton as division vice president of vending services for Sodexho's Business & Industry Market. Boynton has been a Sodexho business partner since 2001 as one of the founder's of Administrative Associates, the vending management entity that is now Sodexho Vending Services, a wholly-owned Sodexho operating unit. Prior to forming a joint venture with Sodexho in 2001, Boynton owned and operated Great American Vending.

Sodexho Vending Services manages all vending activity from a customer service center in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., featuring the industry's only web-based management platform. This system along with a multi-model national network gives the company far-reaching avenues to tailor service strategies to meet the needs of each client including a mix of healthier items for snacks or meals through Sodexho's wellness vending initiative, Your Health Your Way SM, On the Go.

Boynton graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens, Ga. with a bachelor's degree in marketing. He and his family now reside in Fort Lauderdale, where he will be based as he manages Sodexho's vending business in North America.
