GAITHERSBURG, MD, August 23, 2005 - Sodexho USA (NYSE: SDX), the nation's leading provider of food service and facilities management, will provide $300,000 over the next three years to the National Council of La Raza (NCLR) in Washington, D.C.

The award will support various programs and activities focused on providing youth with opportunities for networking, information sharing, and leadership development and will also help to fund two NCLR Lideres Congressos (NCLR Youth Leadership Forums) at Sodexho campus locations, as well as support a Tri-Organization Youth Leadership Forum.
