Spirit Cruises President Lorna Donatone Elected to National Restaurant Association's Board of Directors

Will help determine the policies and strategic direction for the association

GAITHERSBURG, MD, May 31, 2005-Sodexho, Inc. (NYSE:SDX), the leading provider of food and facilities management, announced today that Lorna Donatone, president of Spirit Cruises, the largest harbor cruise company in the United States was elected to the National Restaurant Association's Board of Directors. Spirit Cruises, based in Norfolk, Va., is a subsidiary of Sodexho, Inc.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Donatone joins an elite body of hospitality industry leaders responsible for determining the policies and strategic direction for the association. Directors are formally elected by the membership and Donatone will serve a three-year term on the board and will be eligible for re-election at the end of her term.

Donatone was appointed president of Spirit Cruises in 2002 after serving as chief financial officer for three years. Prior to joining Spirit Cruises, she was CFO of Comsearch, a Northern Virginia-based telecommunications company. Her career includes stints at such companies as USAir Express, Dominion Bank, Presidential Airways and Touche Ross & Company.

Donatone earned her MBA from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth and a bachelor's degree in management from Tulane University in New Orleans.

Donatone is actively involved in professional and community service activities. She serves on the board of directors of the Passenger Vessel Association and is the chairperson for the Long Range Planning Committee of the Women's Foodservice Forum. Donatone is also the chair of Sodexho's Women's Network Group. She also sits on the Business Advisory Board of Monarch Bank in Norfolk, Va. and on the Finance Committee of the United Way of Hampton Roads, Va.
