Mind: Information for maximizing the mind's power and pathways for clear thinking and decision making.

Body: Energizing ideas to incorporate sports and fitness into your day and information for developing eating habits for life-long health.

Soul: Guidance on self-expression and self-core through creativity and reflection. It's also about how to cultivate healthy relationships and communication.

Zero Trans Fats.
Sodexo is proud that it uses zero trans fat oils for all frying in our campus locations.

Ending Childhood Obesity.
In addition, Sodexo is also proud to partner with First Lady Michelle Obama to eliminate childhood obesity within a generation. This is just part of Sodexo's balanced approach to health and wellness that's been part of our commitment to student nutrition for years.
