Sodexo makes sure your students are provided with healthy dining options. Our frontline employees are trained in portion control and moderation, and they focus on creating culinary presentations that teach students the value of cooking nutritious meals.

Your students need healthy meal options, and Sodexo is committed to making sure our staff provides just that. Sodexo's S-Zone (Sodexo Zeroes in On Nutrition Education) program trains your school's front-line staff and foodservice managers about nutrition topics such as understanding food labels, portion size, and eating a variety of foods. And with Culinary Celebrations, we team your dining staff with chefs to create healthy, upscale presentations to teach students the value of cooking nutritious, healthy meals.

Healthy cooking is an important skill to learn and isn't limited to our staff. Kids' Cooking, an interactive learning experience, gives students a hands-on chance to learn more about how to work with recipes and try new things. Students submit recipes and have cook-offs while learning that nutritious food can be easy to prepare and fun to eat.
