Sodexo's Retail Brand Group
Retail Brand Group is Sodexo's strategic branding company dedicated to creating comprehensive retail solutions. We are a boutique organization of 28 people within Sodexo that began in 1999 developing quick-service and fast-casual restaurant brands for the exclusive use of Sodexo. Today, in addition to providing strategic solutions we actively manage our Signature Brand portfolio, manage Sodexo's strategic national brand partnerships, and run Sodexo's first-ever company-owned, fast-casual restaurants. Our award-winning team's intellectual property encompasses decades of experience including retail design and concept development; renovation management; operational engineering; and understanding food and products that support retail.
Jazzman's Café and Bakery
Jazzman's Cafe & Bakery offers specialty coffee beverages and fresh pastries, cookies and muffins-all baked on-site-in a casual, relaxed setting. Our Arabica coffees are all 100% from sustainable coffee farms, cooperatives and community growers around the world. The broad menu also features the latest in sandwiches, hot-pressed paninis, fresh soups and garden salads, making Jazzman's the perfect spot for everything from a hearty lunch to a re-energizing snack.

Pandini's is a fast-casual restaurant that takes old world Italian to a whole new level. From our individual hand-stretched Artisan pizzas, to our Signature Labretti sandwiches, Pastas and Salads, Pandini's combines the expected with the not expected - old world Italian classics, with new world flavor. And we do it at price everyone can afford.

Subconnection brings you made-to-order subs, sandwiches, and salads made with the freshest high quality meats, garden-fresh produce and fresh-baked breads. The variety of mainstream selections have broad appeal among guests and the ability to satisfy appetites from breakfast - with breakfast sandwiches, to lunch and dinner - with cold or toasted subs, wraps, salads, soups, and fresh-baked cookies. All in a quick service environment for a fast meal with exceptional service.
Salsa Rico
Salsa Rico celebrates the flavors of the fresh Mexican cuisine with its signature burritos and enchiladas, fajita bowls, soft-shell tacos, quesadillas, nachos and salads. The chips and salsa are made fresh daily and are offered in unlimited supply! Char-grilled chicken, steak and fresh vegetables combine with fresh guacamole, rice, and beans and are made-to-order in a quick-service and fun atmosphere.

Original Burger Company offers high quality burgers, chicken sandwiches and fries, with an original twist on retro. It is right on trend, with quality ingredients, promptly built to order, right in front of the guest, at a mid-level price.
Mein Bowl
Mein Bowl offers fresh, authentic Asian cuisine made “on-stage” in front of the guest and delivered with a quick-service style that will have guests on their way fast! The menu offers great variety that spans genres from traditional “Chinese Takeout” favorites like fried rice, egg rolls, and General Tso's, but also explores Korean, Mongolian and Thai cuisine, as well as vegetarian options.
