Sodexo University offers diverse learning opportunities specially designed to help employees succeed and grow. Flexible options include self-study, instructor-led classes, online learning, and partnerships with other organizations.

You can complete your associate, bachelor's or master's degree (also known as performance degrees) while at work, earn academic credit for Sodexo training and take online or instructor-led courses with Strayer University. We also provide Educational Resources including tuition assistance, to help you finance your degree.
