Spirit of Mentoring

Sodexo's mentoring programs - Impact, Peer-to-Peer and Bridge - bring employees together to promote professional growth and success from within.


Impact
More than 200 Sodexo managers come together each year for IMPACT. Mentoring partnerships are formed at the annual event and live on well after. Mentors serve as a resource for their mentees as they work to achieve their goals.

Peer-to-Peer
Peer-to-Peer mentoring is a program managed directly by Sodexo's Network Groups. It serves as one of the company's informal mentoring initiatives and is open to audiences defined by each Network Group similar to the IMPACT program.

Bridge
The Spirit of Mentoring Bridge Programs are informal divisional pairings in which newly hired and frontline managers come together to expand professional development opportunities and increase the depth and diversity of Sodexo's management.
